We feature a wide array of treatments for Orthopedic, Geriatric, and Neurological conditions.

Our Services

Physical Therapy

Personalized Physical Therapy services, with plans of care designed to improve function, movement, reduce or manage pain, and/or prevent injuries. We provide care to patients with post-surgery impairments, orthopedic injuries and dysfunctions, sport injuries, acute and chronic pain, balance and fall prevention.

Wellness Coaching

Interested in maximizing your physical body in the areas of balance, strength, and/or flexibility? Maybe you just want a coach to help guide you through progressive exercises, keep you accountable, or be there to advise you when needed. You may also have just completed formal Physical Therapy and have met your rehabilitation goals but would like to now progress beyond them! Wellness coaching may be for you.

Packaged Plan Options

Customized subscription/packaged plan options available for individuals who are interested in a long term partnership, either for self-pay physical therapy or wellness coaching.
